Individual Counseling
My Approach
I employ a warm, empathetic approach in session, often infused with humor when appropriate. My goal is to create a space where every body feels safe, seen, and heard. Whether you're navigating challenges with food, digestive distress, or other health concerns, I believe in taking the time to understand your unique story and needs. I often draw connections between our struggles and broader systemic forces like white supremacy culture and capitalism, which can impact our well-being in subtle yet profound ways.
In a world that often promises quick fixes, I emphasize the value of a thoughtful, patient approach to your health. My role is to partner with you, helping you draw on your own internal wisdom and lived experience to achieve your goals—whether that’s improving your digestion, finding peace with food, or enhancing your overall well-being. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on sustainable and meaningful change.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I work with you if I reside outside of Massachusetts?
That depends - I can definitely work with folks who reside in states where I am licensed which is currently Massachusetts, Connecticut and Kansas, but there are also some states that do not require licensure. So when in doubt - reach out and let's see if we are able to work together!
Do you accept insurance?
Yes - I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Harvard Pilgrim.
Do you offer meal plans?
In short, no. Meal plans act as an external guide that are inherently unable to meet every individual's unique needs. While during the course of our work together we may develop a framework or guidelines around eating based on your unique experience of what is most supportive for you, it will never be as rigid or prescriptive as a meal plan.
